Terms of use

What Cosmose provides, what it expects from you, and what ends access. The full text, reviewed by counsel, is published before the opening; what follows already binds.

The service

Cosmose lets adults see who is connected near them, talk privately and in rooms, and publish around them. The service is provided as is; it may be interrupted for maintenance or change.

Your account

An account is personal. You answer for what is done with it. A temporary account ends with its session; a Cosmose account needs a lasting e-mail address. The community guidelines are part of these terms.

Your media

What you upload stays yours. You allow Cosmose to transform it for display, to compare it against the fingerprints of known abuse material kept by Shield (Project Arachnid) before publication and again afterwards, and to keep what is recognised as evidence for as long as the law requires.

Premium

During the beta, Premium is on us for everyone. Afterwards a subscription will open what it reserves; nothing you hold is erased when it ends, only suspended.

Suspension and closure

Cosmose may suspend or close an account that breaks the community guidelines or the law, without notice when the severity requires it, and report to the authorities what it must. You may stop using the service at any time.
